Four years ago in Aley, we saw an opportunity to transform the district’s retail landscape and elevate the brand image and experience of Obeid Supermarket, the most successful local chain, to a new level. “nunc” Architecture & Design went beyond traditional design consultancy, taking a visionary role in decision making of business objectives and setting budgets for all the sections, spaces and functions. We then embraced a dual role as both architect and main contractor for the new Obeid Center. Our holistic approach harmonized aesthetics, spatial layout, quality materials, and creative programming. This strategic vision positions the building as a premier retail destination in the district, attracting established brands and a thriving customer base.
